1)    I will not knowingly sell a whip to a customer to be used on another person.

2)    There is a 5 ft. minimum length for whips.

3)    All whips come with my guarantee on workmanship.

5)    Payment must be received prior to work beginning on an order. When an order is complete and ready for shipment the customer will be notified via e-mail and/or phone.

6)    All orders are filled on a first come, first served basis.

7)    Any returns must be made within 3 days of receipt and the whip must be returned in a condition suitable for re-sale. Whips returned in a condition not suitable for re-sale, will not receive a refund!

8)    Cancellations must be made by the original customer within 7 business days of the initial order to receive a full refund.

9)    Policies are subject to change at any time and without notice.

I/Allen Whips accept no liability for any injuries or damages caused by the use of a whip on persons, property, or livestock. The buyer is responsible for all liabilities associated with the use or misuse of any whip purchased.
